Over the course of her 30-year career in real estate, Aileen Hagy has expertly guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through their luxury real estate transactions. With a degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California, she has a deep foundational base of knowledge in real estate finance, with an emphasis on lending, negotiating, and finalizing transactions. Aileen has always remained ahead of the curve by continually pushing herself to learn more and integrate the latest industry tools to work smarter and efficiently close transactions for her clients. A goal-oriented and driven agent, she persists until she has been successful finding her clients their perfect home or selling their home for the highest possible amount.
For Aileen, the best part of working in real estate is seeing how it makes a difference in her clients’ lives. With a deep understanding of the importance of community, Aileen strives to connect her clients to the people and amenities of the area. With her decades of experience in the community, her genuine care for her clients’ well-being is how Aileen has remained a top-producing multi-generational agent since 1990.
Before starting her residential real estate career, Aileen worked in sales for multinational corporations, learning to structure complex solutions for clients. Following that, Aileen discovered her passion for real estate when she and her husband, Steve, began purchasing and renovating homes for re-sale.
Aileen grew up the daughter of a career U.S. Army officer, which meant she moved more than most, learning to make friends and connect with people at a young age. Aileen uses her free time to help such charities as Many Mansions, James Storehouse, and National Charity League. She is also a past president and board member of the Centennial Guild of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. When she has spare time, she enjoys golfing, hiking, and entertaining. Now that Aileen’s three children are grown, she and her husband take every opportunity to dote on their grandchildren.
