Margaret Dutton has lived in Conejo Valley, California, since 2000 and has served the region and its surrounding communities since 2004. Margaret primarily works with first-time and repeat homebuyers, investors, and retirees. She credits much of her professional success to entering the housing industry in 2004. By having the opportunity to immediately witness some of the zeal and pitfalls associated with a fluctuating housing market, Margaret knows from experience how best to advise her clients. For these reasons, her focus has always been on helping secure solid investments for her clients.
Prior to her career as a Realtor®, Margaret worked in the environmental industry consulting and lab testing for nearly 15 years. The precision of science helped further cultivate her natural sense of discipline and focus. Margaret also has a background in sales and marketing and understands the complexities of escrow as well as the financial nuances involved in the housing market. Her primary prerogative is to protect her clients’ investments by helping them understand the ground rules of investing and the importance of disclosures. Margaret draws upon her strong listening, people, and communication skills, along with her commitment to collaboration, in order to best serve her clients.
Margaret is thankful for the work-life balance that her work as a Realtor® allows and is proud to be providing her two sons a good life. Outside of work, Margaret enjoys gardening, designing, going for walks, and traveling.
